1952 Bogen toaster classic - features dual 6V6GT's & 6SJ7 pentode input tube. Voiced for guitar and harp with negative feedback tone pre-sets.

This one was rescued off ebay and features new rear located master volume & presence controls, Mercury output transformer, remote gain boost, firm/spongy rectifier switch, new knobs and a custom cabinet.

We started with an old Hammond organ reverb amp chassis and transformed it into a single ended tone machine that accepts most 8 pin output tubes. Has a custom circuit board and front/rear panels.
Three versions of the cabinet are shown here, one is from a 50's Bogen PA amp and the other two were custom built using walnut & canary stock. The speaker cabinet has a thin canary wood baffle front & rear w/12 inch Celestion V30.

This project is based on a Kevin O'Connor circuit design (Soma '84, TUT-5). packed into a Reverb-12 combo package. Features digital reverb, wide range solid state tremolo, 10 inch vintage CTS speaker, an oversized power supply and output transformer. Dig the groovy graphics from the original catalog!
