How to send your equipment in for repair: |
No return authorization is needed |
Include a specific and complete description of complaint |
Provide company name, contact person, phone/fax and shipping address (inside the box). Use optional
Equipment Repair Form for each item |
If you require urgent service, indicate this on your packing slip enclosed with unit. Every effort will be made to expedite your repair |
All shipments will be COD or credit card until you are approved for credit |
All equipment will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated |
Put the equipment in a plastic bag to prevent contamination from the packing material |

Please use a strong, properly sized box to protect your equipment |
Your shipping box must have 3 inches clearance on each side of the equipment for packing material to protect it |
We recommend that you insure your equipment against loss or damage |
